Here at PeakView Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry, Dr. Kwiatkowski, Dr. Song, and the rest of the team are passionate about dental care and put an emphasis on patient education. We believe that patients who are educated about dental treatments and procedures will experience less stress than those who don’t know what to expect. Our goal is to help you learn about and understand your oral health and how best to care for your mouth and smile.

Dr. Adam Kwiatkowski
Dr. Adam Kwiatkowski has dedicated his professional career to the pursuit of perfection in cosmetic and implant dentistry. This passion began during his studies at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry where he received a number of awards including the International Congress of Oral Implantologists’ Pre-doctoral Student Achievement Award. His implant training continued with UIC’s Advanced Predoctoral Implant Program and his outstanding academic achievement resulted in his acceptance into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.
Dr. Kwiatkowski strives for utilizing the latest techniques and technology in cosmetic and implant dentistry, and completes numerous Continuing Education courses to advance his knowledge and skill set. He is a member of several dental organizations such as the ADA, AGD, CDA, American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID) and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD), the latter two of which he is on track for fellowship. He is also working towards Diplomate status with the American Board of Oral Implantology. Dr. Kwiatkowski is board certified in mild and moderate IV sedation in Colorado to ensure every patient is comfortable during any procedure.
Dr. Kwiatkowski and his wife Karen were born and raised in Chicago. They moved to Colorado to start a family in a more nature-surrounded environment. They currently live in Erie with their Black Lab Lucille, German Shepherd Zuzu, and their children Annelise, Clark and baby Charlotte. Outside of Peakview Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry, Dr. Kwiatkowski and his family enjoy any and ever outdoor activity!
Dr. Hojun Song
Dr. Hojun Song is a general dentist who is passionate about providing gentle, honest, and patient-centered care. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University (NYU) College of Dentistry, where he developed a strong foundation in comprehensive dental care. Dr. Song is committed to creating a comfortable and welcoming environment where patients feel heard, respected, and confident in their treatment decisions.
Dr. Song enjoys all aspects of general dentistry, with a special focus on preventive care and patient education. He believes that helping patients understand their oral health is an important part of building long-term trust and maintaining healthy smiles. Whether providing routine preventive care or addressing more complex dental concerns, he takes the time to listen to each patient’s needs and explain their treatment options clearly.
Before joining the PeakView Dentistry team, Dr. Song served as a Managing Clinical Director with Aspen Dental in Maine. This experience allowed him to develop not only his clinical skills but also his leadership and patient-care abilities. His time in a clinical leadership role gave him valuable experience working with patients of diverse needs while helping maintain a high standard of care.
Originally from South Korea, Dr. Song moved to Colorado with his wife and daughter. He and his family were drawn to Colorado’s beautiful surroundings and outdoor lifestyle. Outside of dentistry, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and experiencing everything Colorado has to offer.
