Making an Appointment

It is easy to make an appointment for your initial examination and dental treatments with PeakView Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry. Simply call (303) 417-1644 and one of our friendly team members will be happy to assist you. If you schedule an appointment and something comes up, please call and cancel 24 hours in advance so that we can accommodate other patient requests.

What to Expect

Walk into our lobby where you will be greeted by our friendly team. We will provide you with new patient paperwork that includes a health questionnaire, request for your insurance information and contact information. We will also provide you with information to familiarize you with our office and how we handle things like patient privacy.

Initial Examination

Your initial dental exam will take around one hour. The experienced team at PeakView Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry will ask you questions, get to know your oral hygiene routine, and listen to your health concerns. We believe in educating patients and empowering them to make good choices to improve their oral health. We will demonstrate how to properly care for your teeth and make additional suggestions as needed. Our dental hygienist will clean your teeth. We will complete your examination and make recommendations for proposed dental treatments.

Pain Concerns

We work to ensure our patients feel comfortable, and that includes minimizing their pain as much as possible. If you are undergoing a dental procedure, We will meet with you to discuss your pain tolerance and create a plan for pain management. Working together, we will treat your dental health problems in a way that minimizes pain and enables you to get back to your life faster.

Dental Insurance

We accept a variety of insurance providers and endeavor to accommodate our patients' request. Please call our office at (303) 417-1644 to see if we are currently working with your insurance provider.

Our pricing structure is designed to ensure that patients are able to receive the high quality dental care they deserve. If your dental insurance will not cover all of your dental treatments, we will work with you to identify a payment solution. We are health care professionals first and will work with you to make sure you receive the treatment you need.

Combining Advanced Techniques and a Passion for Excellence, Dr. Adam Kwiatkowski Delivers Premier Care in Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry While Ensuring Patient Comfort Through IV Sedation Certification in Colorado.

Dr. Kwiatkowski

Dr. Adam Kwiatkowski is a highly skilled cosmetic and implant dentist, driven by a passion for excellence. He began his journey at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry, where he earned several accolades, including the International Congress of Oral Implantologists’ Pre-doctoral Student Achievement Award. His education continued with UIC’s Advanced Predoctoral Implant Program, and he was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.

Committed to staying at the forefront of dental innovation, Dr. Kwiatkowski regularly takes advanced Continuing Education courses. He is an active member of various professional organizations such as the ADA, AGD, CDA, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID), and is working toward fellowships with both the AAID and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AACD). He is also pursuing Diplomate status with the American Board of Oral Implantology. Additionally, he is certified in IV sedation in Colorado to ensure patient comfort.

I absolutely love everything about Peakview! Choosing Peakview was the best choice I ever made, and I did shop around. I visited with 6 other dentists before I made my choice, and it honestly didn’t come down to cost, it came down to who I felt the best with. In the end I paid about half of the highest quote I was given, and the quality and level of care I have received has been priceless. I’ve come to know everyone at the office and I think they’re all amazing.

This is one of the best dentist places in all of the United States and I’ve been to a lot of different dentist over the years but you won’t find any better place to go to find the kind of people here. From the front desk the girls are great right all the way back to the dentist chair and dentist are all top notch people. Everyone at this place is very knowledgeable and caring. I can’t say enough about this place I drive 90 miles one way just to come to see them here and wouldn’t have a problem with driving more if I had to. This business is awesome and if there was more stars they would get every one. If you want the best you need to see the best in Colorado and the USA.

You know I have had multiple dental issues and plenty of dentists have worked on my mouth a ton of money has been spent a few success and some failures. I had given up and resigned to wearing a regular denture and bottom regular dentures do not stay put. Well for whatever reason my feed on social media came up with peakview and I was laughing with my husband about the cost and the too good to be true things that goes through one’s head when you’re older. Well. I was surprised. I was welcomed by a staff who really wanted to help. People who were genuinely interested in what I wanted for my future my budget and my comfort came first. I have never been more comfortable in a dental setting as I have been with this office. I must have seen 12 different offices since I was a child. This is the first place I have ever felt like I mattered.

The best team of people. Very kind and thoughtful. Best in all departments. Best surgeon. I had implants and was told by others it was not possible but dr. K found a way and they are perfect. Love this group!!!

After going to 4 Dentistry/ implant centers, Peakview is the first one that gave me hope that I can finally get the help(teeth)that I need at a price I can afford. Still early in the process and I will review as the journey progresses..or not. Optimistic for the first time in years. Stay tuned!🤔😀

I had a consult today and I was very happy with everything start to finish! I’ve been to many dentists and have had many consults, and hands down, this is the best place I’ve been to. Ashley was so kind and personable, which helped tremendously with my dental anxiety. Dr Adam made me feel like a person instead of just a number. I never felt rushed, and I never felt like my millions of questions were a burden. They answered everything and made me feel so comfortable. An hour drive is worth it when you find an amazing team like this!
